Bam Bam is the best of the best! This five-year-old Great Pyrenees ended up at the Blount County Animal Center in Tennessee on July 31st after he was found wandering outside the shelter. Even though he had a microchip, his previous owner claimed that they gave him to a rescue person three years ago, who in turn couldn’t be identified. Poor Bam Bam didn’t get the kind of love and care that he deserved, and it showed. He was very thin, had a severe ear infection, and tested positive for heartworms.
UPDATE! All funds for Bam Bam have been raised! Thank you!

UPDATE! Bam Bam has been adopted by his foster family! Here’s what his new Mom told us, “Bam Bam is doing awesome! He loves to cuddle in bed and lay in bushes! He also will jump up and give me a hug when I tap on my shoulders (since he is as tall as me). He loves watching tv, especially Planet Earth. His favorite treat is cheese. He loves little kids and wants to say hi to all of them when we go to the park! Also, he loves to ride in the car he gets so excited when anyone picks up their keys. He is the best dog ever! Everyone that meets him is in love with him! Thank you so much for helping me find my best buddy!”
