Dallas

Dallas and Skye are not only our brindle babies, but are also twins!! These approximately one-year-old Beagle mixes were found left in a shopping cart behind a Home Depot. They were taken to the Coweta County Animal Control shelter in Georgia. Unfortunately, brindle-patterned dogs are not easily adopted in Georgia. While the brindle pattern is similar on both of these dogs, each dog is so unique, and their personalities shine through. These are some funny little girls, always playing, falling asleep draped over each other! Dallas and Skye were lucky enough to have a foster home before their big trip to Canada, and their foster parents say they were a joy!

Dallas and Skye are two of 20 dogs who took part in the incredible “Underdogs Railroad Shuffle Off to Buffalo” transport on December 8th and 9th. The dogs were pulled from a high-kill shelter in Georgia, where volunteers got them vetted and provided temporary boarding. RADAR paid for the dogs’ transport to Buffalo, New York, where LotsaDogs Rescue received them and took them on the last leg of their long journey to Whitby, Ontario.
