Forget about the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, we’ve got the Ta-Da Show with doggy Fallon! He’s a five-year-old Chocolate Labrador Retriever mix from West Virginia. Fallon is here today to tell you how he went from life behind bars (even though Fallon is no felon) to liberty, and all thanks to some nice people who bailed him out.
On September 18th, Fallon was brought to the Mercer County Animal Shelter in West Virginia. Fallon sat in his cell for a month, cooling his paws and wondering how he had fallen on such hard times. Then on October 17th, Paws for Seniors Rescue in Virginia found a foster home for Fallon. The rescue would take him if RADAR could help with his medical expenses. RADAR agreed, and on October 23rd Fallon had his initial vetting, was neutered and received dental care.
On October 26th, Fallon went to his new foster home where he has a doggy brother named Link and two school-age youngsters. While Fallon waits for his forever home, he gets plenty of exercise and fun with Link in the fenced back yard. Fallon also loves to be around his people, but the thing he loves best is feeling the wind in his hair during car rides. It feels like freedom! To see more photos of Fallon, click here.
RADAR paid all $270 of the initial vetting, neutering and dental care costs for Fallon.
UPDATE! Fallon has been adopted! His new name is Buster!
UPDATE! All funds for Fallon have been raised! Thank you!
