Judge had some good or fortunate judgment when he strayed onto a dirt road near a Mary Ann Morris Animal Society (MAMAS) shelter board member’s home! He hopped in her car and she took this two-year-old Bully Breed mix to the MAMAS shelter in Bamberg County in South Carolina on February 25th. Judge tested heartworm positive. This status reduced his chances for adoption or rescue.

Ruthie Rish with MAMAS requested RADAR’s help with Judge on May 22nd. We agreed to help the same day, and a week later, on May 29th, Judge had his heartworm treatment.

Judge is a sweet guy. He has a dog friend, Lady, who enjoys nibbling on Judge’s food. Judge doesn’t care because he is such a friendly fellow, and allows Lady to plate graze to her heart’s delight! Click here to view more photos of Judge.

RADAR paid all of Judge’s heartworm treatment costs, which totaled $263.
